Rhonda is a dynamic, passionate leader and a driving force and inspiration behind the Housing First, community-centric model at the heart of Redwood Park Communities since its inception in 2009.
Rhonda works collaboratively with local social service agencies, governments, and faith-based and community service groups in Simcoe County. She’s known for bringing a fresh perspective to the way communities tackle their most complex social issues, moving beyond social service to social change. Rhonda is also an engaging speaker in high demand across the region regarding the work she and her team do daily to ensure that everyone has a safe, affordable, hopeful place to call home and in a community of support. She has been recognized for her leadership as a two-time nominee for the RBC Women+ of Influence Award and, alongside her husband Tim, as a high-level nominee for the Prime Minister’s Award for Emerging Leaders.
