As Senior Advisor, Responsible Investment Product Strategy, Kim plays a key role in shaping the firm’s responsible investment (RI) product strategy. She works closely with portfolio managers, responsible investment specialists, and the client relations team to design and enhance sustainable investment solutions tailored to clients’ needs. She also plays an active role in ESG assessment and in engagement efforts with provincial governments, municipalities, and companies in the financial sector.
Kim began her career in the investment industry when she joined DGAM in 2020. Prior to that, she worked as an account manager at the Business Development Bank of Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Market Finance) from HEC Montréal, has earned the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential, and has completed the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
