Rob leads Capstone Mortgage Services (CMS), a mortgage brokerage with a particular focus on mortgage financing for Christian charities, schools, and churches. CMS works with a unique lender base that is committed to making missional impact investments in the non-profit space. Prior to this role, Rob managed the Christian Stewardship Services mortgage portfolio. His previous background included 20 years of industry experience in operations management, continuous improvement consulting, and non-profit leadership.
