Keegan Varella is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Technology at Peel Children’s Aid Society, bringing over 20 years of senior leadership across finance, strategy, and operations for multinational corporations, crown organizations, and private entities. He is recognized for architecting enterprise planning and performance frameworks, elevating board and executive reporting, and delivering technology driven modernization across finance and operational functions. Keegan has led 15+ M&A and integration programs, directed more than US$4B in capital initiatives, and redesigned financial planning and analysis to materially improve forecast accuracy and cost discipline. He holds an MBA, an MSc in Finance and Management, and CPA, CMA, and MRICS designations.
