Shareholder and Stakeholder Theory

Understanding the Evolving Role of Corporate Values and Impact on Returns

Shareholder theory has evolved over the past 50 + years. During the Post WWII years, workers and companies shared prosperity. ·       How sustainability, employee and executive pay influences long-term profitability and returns
·       What happens next: from Governments, Companies, and Investors
