Chris Barber is a Deputy Co-CIO of OCIO solutions at RockCreek. He develops top-down asset allocation views, sourcing and due diligence of prospective investments, portfolio construction, and monitoring.
Before joining RockCreek, Chris was an Economist at the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics within the Division of Consumer Prices, where he was involved in the production of cost weights and development of methodology for revisions to the Consumer Price Index. He earned a M.S. in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.
