As investment director of Wellington’s Climate Platform, Erika partners with our Climate Research Team and advises clients on both transition and physical climate risks and opportunities across traditional and alternative asset classes. She contributes to climate-focused strategic client engagements and product development efforts across our climate product platform. She is a member of the firm’s Sustainable Investing Global Network (SIGN) as well as several oversight committees relating to new product development, investment reviews, and the firm’s retirement plans.
Prior to her current role, Erika managed custom multi-asset, multi-manager portfolios and advised clients on asset allocation, portfolio construction, and manager evaluation. Before joining Wellington Management in 2012, she spent five years researching and investing in hedge funds at GAM (2007 – 2012) and two years in M&A-related valuation advisory services at Ernst & Young (2005 – 2007).
Erika earned her BBA in finance, magna cum laude, from Villanova University (2005). Additionally, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.
